MISSION STATEMENT

The MISSION shall be for the advancement of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. It shall seek Christian fellowship, the preaching of the Gospel and provide worship services and Christian education for all mankind.

The corporation shall also carry out its beliefs and concerns for mankind through the following charitable services in addition to regular church and worship services:

Prayer and Intercessory ministries
Feeding program
Crisis Center
Home and Foreign Mission
Prison Ministries
Seminary Classes through CLST (Christian Life School of Theology)

The churches are under Tabernacle of Faith of Anderson, Incorporation which is non-denominational and interracial.

MINISTRIES
Youth Ministry

Monthly – Youth go to movies, bowling, or skating, etc.

Yearly- our youth takes a vacation- We have been to the following places:

Disney World; Myrtle Beach; Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; Bahamas-Freeport, Nassau, Coco Cay; New York; Washington, DC; Busch Gardens, VA; Carowinds; Six Flags, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Virginia Beach, Panama City Beach

Nursing Home/ Prayer ministry
Weekly to area nursing homes. It is our delight to prayer with those who are sick and let them know that by Jesus stripes they are already healed and to encourage those who feel that their families and friends have forgotten them that God’s people are there to love them and show them the way to Jesus.

Home visitation – as needed in different homes

Prison Ministry

Monthly to area detention/ city jail

Feeding Ministry
We provide a hot meal weekly on Sundays from 11-1:30pm (TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO COVID) at Gospel Tabernacle of Faith Church. We are dedicated to assisting our community in feeding those that are underprivileged or have encountered circumstances beyond their control. Our congregation contributes weekly- their money, time, love and compassion so that their light will shine in the lives of others. We also provide monthly food boxes to those who meet the criteria.

We have a Senior program at Zion Tabernacle of Faith Church which provides monthly boxes to Senior Citizens. We also provide monthly food boxes to those who meet the criteria.

Dance Ministry
Our dance ministry is displayed weekly during Sunday services and on special occasions.
We have provided our youth with the opportunities to participate in ballet at our area dance schools. The Bible tells us to praise Him in the dance and this is displayed in our services.
